This time around Sheree went above and beyond in many different ways. Since I wanted to move to an area that was very new to me, Sheree's knowledge of the area greatly helped me determine where I wanted to be and pinpoint the perfect living location. Sheree was always answering our endless questions, helped educate us on the area as we explored moving to an area that we knew NOTHING about. As we sent homes to her that were on our list, she went over each home, looking for anything that we may need to know prior to looking at the house. She guided us once we said we wanted the house! She was able to get my home under contract with three days of online advertising, and even got a secondary under contract should the first one had fell through. This was all done through email, phone calls as I live a couple states a way.
