Seller reviewSheri Wooten was recommended to me by a family member as a dedicated, kind, and honest woman. Every bit of that is true! Sheri was a wonderful recommendation and I would highly recommend her to others. Throughout the process, Sheri was incredibly knowledgeable about advertising the property and negotiating offers/sale. She gave me sound advice whenever I needed it (and as a first time seller I needed it!) I could not have sold my place without her! Sheri is professional, trustworthy, and will advocate for you every bit of the way. She was thorough in her assessment of the property and had many helpful ideas about how to present it. She staged the property, hired an amazing photographer, and wrote a spectacular listing. We had many inquiries and several offers. I know that was thanks to Sheri. Furthermore, Sheri is an excellent communicator. She was extremely responsive and made sure everything moved along in a timely manner. I greatly appreciate how well Sheri communicated with other realtors, lawyer and the park management (where the property was located.) Sheri was thoughtful and tactful with each offer and the final sale. She always followed up and was respectful to all parties involved. As I was selling the property from afar, it was a relief to have Sheri in my corner. I'm lucky to have found Sheri!

I wasn't able to travel down to do the walk through prior to closing, being from Hamer SC and having to work. Sherri offered to go to the property and do a FaceTime with me to go over every detail. Seller reviewIn my opinion, Sheri Wooten is the best. I purchased my home from her in 2017 and she was great. When I was ready to relocate, I immediately thought of her and asked that she come and do a market analysis for me. She was prompt and did a fantastic job and was very thorough. The other agents I contacted were not as prompt and very hard to get to. She was easily accessible and had kept in touch with me thru my time in Little River. I had no hesitation to use her services again and I was so happy that I did. Our negotiations were very difficult, she came thru in flying colors, then the whole transaction was very strained and difficult cause we were dealing with an agent that was new to the area and wanted to do business like she did in PA. Sheri came thru again and again as difficult as it was. Even down to the closing, we had to gravel and beg to get to the closing table. Sheri came thru again and went the extra mile to get it done. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a professional, smart, thorough Broker to handle this gigantic step in their life. She will stand firm and get things done. C21 is most fortunate to have a person of her caliber to work for them. SHE's THE BEST!!!! I was a 30 year Broker/Realtor, retiring in 2008 and I would say Sheri was one of the best I have had dealings with.
