We moved here from Texas. We had the opportunity to meet previously with Sherri Biorn so that she could assess our needs and view the style of home we wanted to buy. As it turned out, while finalizing the sale of our home in Texas, the market here in Idaho Falls really "heated up", especially at the price point my husband and I were looking. We found a property online on a Friday night. It had been on the market "for 15 minutes", and called Sheri Biorn. She immediately got things going, and we did and video call as see walked through the home the next day with us. Sheri Biorn then helped us put in our bid that same afternoon, which was then later accepted. We would recommed Sheri Biorn because she kept in close contact no only with us, but also our primary lending partner, and even implemented new negotiations throughout the entire process. She demonstrated an openness to new ideas, and had great mediation skills. She's just down right good people you like to be around!
