She has worked with clients who have relocated from around the world and right here in Coastal, Virginia. As a resident of the Coastal, VA area for over 40 years, it has allowed her to speak first hand, about this wonderful area, the changes that have materialized, and our current market conditions. Seller reviewSherri was excellent to work with. She sold the house for top dollar in six days! She guided us through a difficult time from the acceptance of the contract through closing. Her knowledge and experience was crucial in getting over some of the bumps along the way. She had an answer for every question I had and for every situation that came up. She was laid back and patient through the whole process. i can't recommend Sherri enough.

We only had 1 weekend to see houses in person, and she had a great selection lined up for us to see. She listened to everything that we wanted in a house and focused us in on what was most important to us. She has a great sense of humor, and made the entire process easy and worry-free. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the area!
