Sherry Randolph was an exceptional realtor. She understood the local market and our needs perfectly, so she was able to find our house right away and start the purchase process. She was punctual and on-time for every deadline and she answered all of our questions with patience. We had an unique situation and Sherry was able to work with our situation and we moved into our home on the date we wanted to. Even after we had already moved in, she still helped us with lots of other stuff. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a house in the Idaho Falls area.

Sherry Randolph was recommended by a friend as a very competent and helpful agent. We understand that friends like to say nice things about friends so we met with Sherry. We were amazed at how personable she was, but more importantly how professional and competent she is. She had done some homework prior to coming over and to be honest we were a bit negative on her advice. She indicated a slightly lower price for our home and was honest that this time of year (winter) would not be the best. However she was patient with us and we established the sales contract. As indicated previously we initially listed at a price too high for the market analysis provided by Sherry. She however moved forward with advertising and an open house. We realized that she had correctly performed her market analysis and eventually lowered the price to her recommended price. She had great patience with our first offer when they cancelled. She worked very hard to organize a second open house and eventually with the new buyers agent to organize our next offer to be in accordance with our needs. We received a price exactly as she estimated. Sherry really performed well. Sherry understands the real estate market very well and in our case had to work with us patiently to bring us into the realities selling a house in the Idaho Falls market. She communicated with us in a very timely manner. We absolutely trust her. She is an honest individual.
