Sheryl Garland went above and beyond with me for 15+ months patiently showing me numerous houses, negotiating on one deal which fell through after several weeks, then showing me even more homes. When land across the road from my sister-in-law was suddenly marked off into lots and there were no signs to indicate who owned it Sheryl became a detective. Her research revealed the builder (Orth) and Sheryl showed me several of their model homes in the area. As soon as information on floor plans and lot layouts was released Sheryl got that information to me. Because of that I was the first to contract with the builder and had my pick among seven lots and five floor plans. It doesn't get better than that! Further Sheryl made sure that every i was dotted and t crossed and that I got the best price. She was there with me in my selections meetings and as I lived four hours away during the build Sheryl followed up communicating with me regularly via phone, texts and emails. Because of COVID I even asked Sheryl to do my final walk-through for/with me as I watched and asked questions on FaceTime. I just moved into the house of my dreams and I have Sheryl Garland (and Orth Homes of course) to thank for that. Sheryl's years of experience and her professionalism make her the perfect realtor.
