She was so patient with me being a first time home buyer and helped me so much over the few months that I was house searching and I finally found the perfect house and she negotiated the price perfect for me, I would recommend her to anyone and if i decide to sell and buy another one I'll definitely call her again!

We had found the home on realtor.com an had filled out the 'interested in, please contact' section. Sidni DeClue called immediately to talk with us about our interest. She spoke with us not only about our desires for a home but also was very personable, asking about what we wanted and who we were. She is very easy to talk with and listens! We liked her from the beginning and she didn't let us down. We were out of state so we had many questions and Sidni was extremely patient answering every one of them. We arranged to drive into town and Sidni traveled from her office, approximately 45 minutes away, to pick us up and look at homes. She arranged several viewings and spent the day with us. She has high energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. Working from out of state is very difficult but she was with us every step of the way. She communicated with us via email and phone constantly making sure we were okay and that we understood all the paperwork. When problems arose she was very quick in handling them for us and tried to make the sale of the home and transition from one state to another as smooth as possible. Sidni is awesome! She had planned a vacation during the time we were in the process of buying the house and she even stayed in touch with us then. She is an outstanding realtor! When we ran into delays in closing she was sympathetic and encouraging. AND she did everything she could to speed up the process. I would highly recommend Sidni DeClue if you are looking for a home. She loves putting people into the home they want and makes it her personal goal to see her clients are happy. She is a sweetheart and an absolute joy to work with but don't let that fool you! She is tenacious and will fight for her clients every way she can.
