Soraia was very prompt to respond to my intitial phone call and was so helpful and energetic to help us get started. Her in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the home buying process really gave us confidence that she was truly working in our best interest at all times. My husband and I usually only had Mondays and Tuesdays at home at the same time (and I was on call most weekends). This meant aggressive pre-shopping open houses over the weekend and narrowing it down to homes we wanted to show my husband when we were both available. After thorough hunting over the weekend, Soraia was incredibly quick to follow up with seller's agents and set up showings for us the very next Monday or Tuesday. Because our schedules were so strict, she had to meet us with an incredible flexibility and she rose to the challenge. We can't say enough about Soraia. She is truly a professional in her field and her knowledge of all aspects of the home buying process really made it an easy and enjoyable experience for us.

She helped us find a mortgage loan when We were turned Down by our own loan officer at the final stage of our loan. She is the only reason we have a house. She was polite, understanding and patient the entire process. She was truly considerate of what we needed and that was her bottom line, not her commission! Truly a great agent!
