Personal Profile
I joined the CENTURY 21 team in 2003 and feel very fortunate to work for one of the best and progressive companies in the Real Estate industry.
Since 2003, I have gained extensive experience in the residential market and have worked with a range of clients from the first time home buyer to the veteran seller and buyer on transactions including numerous short sales and foreclosures.
Additionally, I worked for several years as a Relocation Specialist. Our company was affiliated with Cartus and Sirva relocation firms.
To keep up to date with the changing requirements in the industry, I regularly attend training sessions, Real Estate classes and seminars. I am fluent in Portuguese and functionally fluent in German and Spanish.
On a personal level, I love to spend my free time with my husband and 11 year old daughter. I also enjoy playing Tennis, Swimming, playing Chess and horseback riding and traveling. Love animals and everything related to nature.

Seller reviewJust excellent Soraia Konell was extremely professional, friendly, with great knowledge of the area and always available to answer question, text message and e mails. During the process we found out the house had some remodel project done by previous owner, without towns's permit. Since I was out of town, Soraia opened permits, received inspectors, handled everything for us, incluiding taking some contractors to the house to perform jobs so the permits could be closed. I also, was really satisfied the way she handled the negotiation between us and the buyer, to reach the final purchase price. I highly recommend Soraia for all real state needs.

She had great context about how much the final price would be and made us have the best strategy to work on. And most impressed part is that she let us feel like we were always her top priority.
