Soshia is amazing! She was so helpful when making our first home purchase. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and determined to find us our dream home. And she did just that! From the beginning when I reached out to her and showed interest in several house, she had them mapped out perfectly so we weren't driving all over town. She was very patient with us while we discussed the houses pros vs cons. And was eager to put in offers for us on several houses. While we put in several offers on a few different houses, we just didn't feel like any of those house were "home". So, we continued looking. I finally suggested looking at the house we did purchase. (The photos online weren't the best. The house was for sale by owner. And had been on the market for a while.) She instantly called & set us up for a viewing.
