Buyer reviewChris Irwin was fantastic from start to finish. We liked his perfect mixture of laid back and professional. We didn't want an intense, pushy real estate broker, but we wanted someone who would listen to our almost unrealistic goals, not laugh us out of his office, and then actually go about locating listings we were interested in. He did just that from the get-go. He showed us several houses, but we always balked. He didn't try to sway us or pressure us. When we found a place we liked, a short sale, he didn't try to steer us away. He told us it would be a long process, and it was (nine months). During this time, he continually kept us abreast of the progress. When the bid was finally accepted, he made the process quick, easy and as stress-free as buying a house could be. We were 100 percent satisfied with Chris and will certainly do our best to refer future sellers and buyers to this personable, professional broker.

Seller reviewAfter one bad experience with a potential buyer, I moved out of the house and left all repair work and selling of the house in Spencer's capable hands. There were a few glitches and I just let Spencer take care of it. He earned his commission on the sell of my house.
