Spencer worked so hard to help us get into a home. Nights, weekends, nonstop, he is the best. We were lucky to have found him right from the start.

Spencer was great to work with on the sale of our home. We appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to help with whatever needed to be done. When we were not living in the house he was always willing to drop by to turn on or off lights, touch up with the vacuum, or make sure doors are locked. He was tireless in holding open houses, which ultimately led to the sale of our home. He was good at following up with potential buyers and providing us feedback. We especially appreciated his prompt responses when we'd ask him questions. In the end, he sold our house, which says it all. He was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him to others.

Very hard working agent, who is willing to help you get into a property even if it takes a couple of months. Spencer was a good teacher and was willing to break down the home buying process. Very approachable and none pushing or intimidating. Seemed to develop a friendship with him over the process of home buying.

Spencer was very easy to work with. He had a great understanding of the market and what my home was worth. He always did his homework and research as much as possible. He was also very honest in any and all questions I had for him. I never felt as though he would say anything or answer my questions just based on what I wanted to hear, which was greatly appreciated. My personal experience was frustrating at times because I had buyers cancel well into the process and did not sell until the 4th buyer (none of which was Spencer's fault). Spencer made these obstacles as smooth and seamless as possible and was always willing to go the extra mile to help out with any need. For example, we were gone through portions of the process and Spencer would take my dog for a walk when potential buyers were wanting to see the home. That also goes into the fact of how trustworthy Spencer is. I trusted him to do things like that where I would not let just anyone take my dog. That shows that Spencer is extremely personable with a great attitude and always willing to help. If you have to pay this kind of money to sell your home it helps to have someone that doesn't try and get the most money out of you and genuinely cares about his clients happiness. I would recommend Spencer to any and all friends and family looking to sell.

Spencer Tribe handled our purchase of the home very professionally. It was all done while we were living in another state selling our home there. He always kept us in the loop of what was happening and how things were progressing. Any questions that we had he answered them for us or found out what we needed to know. Spencer Tribe in my opinion is truly the best professional agent. Trustworthy, patient, honest,kind helpful. I would tell anyone you want to find the right home he will do this. It did take me longer to get into a home but he listened, and he made it work for me. He had my back always.
