Stacey Dobbs has helped me purchase a property. She listened to my needs to find the perfect property for me, and we had a smooth purchase, I asked her to list my property for sale when the time came. This was done from out of state, a challenge in many instances. Stacey Dobbs connected me to all of the workers and inspectors I hired before and during the sales process. She was a coach, a friend, and a professional. We had accepted an offer withing 24 hours. I had almost daily communications with Stacey since I was living in a different state. I felt I knew when people were coming and going, what the timing of things were, and her knowledge of people to help me prepare the house for sale was a good match.
