Buyer reviewStacey was a blessing to have as my Realtor. I lived out of the area while serching for properties but Stacey made me feel like that did not matter. She had a clear understanding of my needs and would find me properties that meet those needs. She would go to those properties send me video/picture and then calle to discuss. I would not have made it through the buying process if it wasn't for her. I am a first time home buyer with zero knowledge or experience with this process.I had found a lender and was pre-approved prior to finding a realtor. I had a huge issue with the lender when purchasing my home (errors on the lenders part) Stacey went above and beyond to make sure this issues with the lender did not affect my purchase and the mistakes that the lender made did not cost me. Because Stacey was so knowledgeable she was able to communicate with the lender and we were still able to close on time. She is SUPER knowledgeable, extremely kind and accommodating. She communicated with me every step of the way. I will definitely be using Stacey for any future purchases. And will be recommending her to everyone.

Buyer reviewStacey did amazing with negotiations with the seller as well as providing us her insight and knowledge of the area so we could make a fair offer. She also took a house that needed some TLC and helped envision the potential with us, so we could start to see our family living there. Communication I would say is her strongest attribute and the most important one to us! She was always responsive and worked well communicating to the sellers for us when needed. Thank you Stacey, we love our home!
