Stacy Smith what is a breath of fresh air. She was always in command of the transaction, she never had to think about and/or get back to me with answers as she had them ostensibly I ready for immediate feedback. Stacy knew the market well, she had realistic expectations with regards to pricing and timing of the sale, and she had an extensive network of colleagues that she could interact with and utilize for additional exposure. Stacy's feedback was virtually always immediate but was certainly same day or within a couple of hours. She never created false hope but had great suggestions on what could be done to improve the value of the property. She understood the inspection process backwards and forwards and gave great guidance on how to interpret and react to things that the inspector brought up some of which were minor and some of which were slightly of greater concern. Having that expertise is invaluable. I would never hesitate to use Stacy Smith again I would recommend her to anybody and everybody that asked me including family. It turned what can be a very arduous and challenging experience into one that was actually enjoyable.

She even went so far as to take care of my dog when we weren't able to pick him up for showings/inspection. Amazing! We must have dragged Stacey to at least 15 different houses, some more than once, during our search. Every single house we sent her she arranged a showing, many for the same day we requested it. Stacey was always available to help and answer questions, and it seemed like no matter what time of day we needed her and no matter what the request was, she was always there.

Stacey was a delight to work with when my cousin was looking for a home and I really liked her positive attitude and great advice. When it came time to sell my home, as soon as we got into contact and after the first phone call, my husband and I knew she was the person to sell our home. She has been with us every step of the way, answering questions, and explaining the process so we understood every step. Even now, after the sale of the home, she is available to answer those "after sale" questions as well. I will be recommending Stacey to all my friends and already have!
