Originally from Charlotte, NC, I moved to the Grand Strand in 2005 and began my career in Real Estate. Seller reviewStaci was recommended by a businessman who had done a lot of work on our unit as an agent who works 24/7. We were very impressed with her from the moment she walked in the door. She really listened to our concerns about selling our unit. She suggested selling prices but let us make the decision. She showed us information on other units in our area, what they were selling for, days on the market, pictures of the inside of the units, etc. Staci has a very friendly demeanor and a wonderful humor. She told us when she showed the unit and worked hard to keep relations good with the property management. E-mails and calls were always answered promptly. My husband and I would gladly recommend Staci as a real estate agent. We have very fond memories of how the sale and closing went. Very professional. Staci seems to have the "street smarts" about how to handle all aspects of selling real estate.
