Seller reviewStacia Christopher made me feel comfortable right from the start. She pointed out and explained everything very patiently and answered questions easily and completely. She is honest and worked hard to assure that the steps in the sales process were followed smoothly and in my best interest. She communicated well with both sides of the sale and made sure that deadlines were met on time. I would recommend Stacia to anyone who wants to sell/buy a home. Stacia Christopher made the process (which I dreaded!!) of selling my home much easier and more pleasant than I expected possible.

Seller reviewI interviewed 4 other brokers with other companies. Out of all of them Stacia had the personality that I was looking for. She was very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate (due to the loss of my husband) and understanding. I am thinking of moving back to New Jersey and I would definitely ask Stacia to assist me with that move. I will also recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. You should be very proud to have her in your organization. Thank you Stacia. I also noticed that Stacia worked 24/7. She had no problem with taking my call on a Sunday or late at night. She is a very hard worker. My home sold within a week. Stacia assisted me in the entire process from beginning to end. She is wonderful.

I was very intimidated by the prospect of purchasing my first home and Stacia made the process much less so with her knowledge, ability to answer all my questions, and reminders of what I needed to be doing next. Stacia has really gotten to know her job as a realtor and it's easy to see how much she loves it and cares deeply about her clients and her results. Stacia did a wonderful job balancing her role as a dual agent in this sale. I always felt she had my best interests in mind, even though she also represented the seller, who she also knew personally. It had to be a challenge for her knowing both of us as well as she does, and she did a great job.
