I used Stan Patrick once before when selling a property. He was awesome!! I made an easy decision to use Stan again when I selling this property. I will use Stan with the next too. He is the perfect agent. I live 4 hours away and never needed to visit the property. Repairs were needed. Stan facilitated the repairs with excellence. We did not select the Broker. We selected the agent,Stan Patrick..I am a retired Realtor and considered handling the sale myself. Because the property was a second home outside of our area, we decided it best to hire a local agent to handle it. We chose Stan based on a strong recommendation from a friend, were very impressed with him at our first meeting and did not look further or interview any other agent. Stan was very personable,knowledgeable and professional in all respects. He did an excellent job of marketing the property to other agents,did regular open houses, personally showed it several times, regularly communicated results and promptly/personally found a buyer in a very difficult market. Stan did an outstanding job of co-ordinating all aspects of the Escrow ,handling all necessary documentation with all parties, promptly and efficiently and getting the Escrow close on time. We would use him for any future transactions in that area and strongly recommend him to anyone requiring a Realtor.

I personally enjoyed working with Stan, as i found him easy to deal with, not pushy and was able to understand my needs and concerns. he did not try to sway me one way or another and let me coalesce my own thoughts and trajectory. he was able to answer my questions when i had them. he went above and beyond for me when i had an issue (heater lines in the ceiling). in this sale he was the agent for both the seller and the buyer and i believe he handled that very well. this was a difficult situation for the seller and buyer. stan was great.

I highly recommend Stan Patrick. He is honest, reliable, and 100% there for all your needs. He is not pushy or overbearing, and allows your to move at your own pace.
