I didn't know a THING about buying or selling properties and she spent HOURS of her time to sit down and go over the details with me. I don't remember her ever saying "I don't know.." or "I'll get you an answer for that later." She always had a quality answer, and that kept me confident that I was in good hands. When I've dealt with other businesses or services, communication is usually kind of clunky manifested by waiting a few days for a response, having to follow up personally.
