She really kept us informed how the sale was going! she just went above and beyond helping us purchase our new home. She kept her head even when it was hard to get ahold of the seller. Seller reviewI had a hard time getting sales numbers in my area from other brokers. Stephani showed up with this information at our first meeting. Stephani went above and beyond what any broker should do. My mother actually fell down the basement steps and broke her knee, she couldn't reach me but then called Stephani Branham and Stephanie showed up first and got the paramedics there. Again above and beyond. I think any one in that area should hear about our story before selecting a sales agent

Seller reviewStephanie is amazing! She always answers your calls, even in the bathtub! She is clear, considering, and handles the paperwork for everyone involved. Words can't describe how wonderful she is. I would highly recommend her. We have used her for three homes and getting ready to list a fourth. I promise she is the best and won't disappoint you. She even went as far as to offer help when we had Covid, offered to help paint or make stair rails to complete the inspection requirements. If that doesn't speak volumes of her character then nothing does.
