Buyer reviewWe were PCSing to Campbell from Alaska and had no way to go see houses in person. Stephanie FaceTimed us at several locations until we found the perfect house. She kept our budget in mine and never asked us to consider going over it and made the entire process stress free. Imagine the most stressful part of your move NOT being buying a house sight unseen. Even after closing she is still helping us hold on to the keys before we get there and making sure the utilities are not being used. We're so thankful for her and never imagined at 23 this would be one of the easiest processes in our lives.

I then decided to try Century 21, and I was matched up with Stephanie Batson. I was blown away by her professionalism and knowledge from day one and throughout the entire process. We talked over the phone and she took note of what type of home and neighborhood I was interested in. Stephanie listened intently, made recommendations, and answered all my questions promptly. When I first met Stephanie in person, she had a binder with several homes printed and had all the routes mapped out. What had taken months in the past, only took one day for me find that perfect home. She walked me through the entire buying process. I feel like I not only found the best real estate agent, but made a friend! Stephanie is now selling my house as I move into this new one. She is fantastic and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

She goes above and beyond to not only meet all expectations, but to exceed them as well. I have already referred her to all persons whom I know are interested in buying/selling their properties and will continue to do so. Her performance is incomparable and should be ranked one of the highest valued members of the team. Sales is always somewhat stressful, but having Stephanie at your service helps eliminate much of that stress. She listens, learns and caters to the busy schedules of everyday life of sellers. She makes it more of a pleasant experience than I could have thought possible. There aren't enough positive adjectives in the English language to describe her work ethic and consideration to individual needs and wants.
