I have bought and sold over a dozen properties in the past few years, and Stephanie was the easiest realtor to work with I have ever seen. She knew the local market inside and out, understood my needs and price range and respected them, was always cheerful and positive, and never seemed like she was "in a rush" to show a particular house, move on to the next house, or to close a deal. She had an innate sense of when to talk and when to keep quiet and allow me to interact with the property we were touring. I came away with a utmost respect for Stephanie and will not hesitate to use her again should the need arise.
