Seller reviewStephanie was great to work with. She had quite the task on her hands dealing with three people from two states none of whom had lived in the home we were selling. The process took longer than expected -- with NO fault of Stephanie -- and she kept us up to date on what was happening and made sure this deal made it to the closing table. Buyer reviewThe things that made us stay with Stephanie the most was her honesty and friendliness. It didn't feel that she was trying to sell us a house more as though she was there just helping us select the perfect home for our family! Never once did we feel pressured in any way to buy a home. She always had every answer to our question and if she didn't have it right that second it wouldn't take her long to look it up or get back to us with the answer. This was our first time buying a home but with her experience and all her help made it feel like we've done it a million times! I will be sure to share our experience with Stephanie to everyone we know. Couldn't have asked for a better agent!!

Seller reviewStephanie did a great job selling my our estate property. As sellers not located in Coshocton, we depended on Stephanie to do much of the leg work. Stephanie arranged contractors for a minor renovation and made sure the property looked its best. She gave excellent advice concerning pricing and timing in the Coshocton market. Upon closing, she carefully managed communication with all members of a jointly owned property. Stephanie's communication was excellent and we highly recommend her!
