As a Middlesex County native, Stephanie Geist truly loves this area and prides herself on her knowledge of current market trends, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services. Being just a short distance to both the Jersey Shore and New York City, Middlesex County is truly one of the best places to call home.
Stephanie is a third generation real estate agent. Her grandmother started in the business back in 1956 and opened Sylvia Geist Agency in 1973. Stephanie's father, Robert Geist is the current broker of record for the company, and co-owner with his brother, Christopher Geist.
Stephanie studied psychology and economics at Rutgers University. She then went on to complete Real Estate School and has been selling real estate since 2011. In that short period, Stephanie has become a multiple year recipient of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award (only achieved by a small percentage of Realtors in the area).

Buyer reviewStephanie did an amazing job in assiting me on buying my first home. I was a first time home buyer and wasn't to knowledgable on the home buying process. Stephanie guided me through the whole process and made it as simple and easy as can be. She was very polite, always responded to my emails and phone calls. She did very well to work around my busy schedule to make appointments to see homes and was always available when I wanted to see homes. It was an overall pleasurable experience working with Stephanie and will defitnately use her services again in the future.

It was an emotion sale with this being the house my parents purchase the year before I was born and grew up in. Stephanie understood my emotions and did not exert any pressure during the emotional times.

He answered every question with patience and better yet, solved every problem that arose, advised me on important steps to take, and always told me the truth. The house sold in a week and for the asking price. I am dazzled. Once my decision to place the house on the market with Geist was made and contract signed, the wheels starting turning.
