Buyer reviewWorking with Stephanie was far and away better than I have ever gould have anticipated. She never pressured my wife and I, understood what we were after and was always on the lookout for us. When we met Stephanie she mentioned she would work tirelessly for us, and she was true to her word. Whenever we wanted to view a house, Stephanie was quick to answer our call and successfully scheduled a viewing that same day on nearly every occasion. We submitted numerous purchase offers and each time Stephanie was able to complete that same day, regardless of the hour. The process post offer acceptance was also surprisingly painless. We had a short 21 day closing period and Stephanie was all over it every step of the way. On top of a tight closing window, we were thrown into the coronavirus pandemic with it's own slough of challenges. Stephanie was able to navigate these challenging times with grace, and made sure our purchase process was not negatively impacted by any of it. I can't speak highly enough of working with Stephanie, and I hope to work with her again some day.

Buyer reviewThis was my wife and I first home purchase. We were nervous because the process seemed tedious and real estate agents usually are usually painted in a bad light. However...Stephanie Hull-Goldberg was AMAZING, made the process painless and was very on the ball (the sellers agent was, to say the least, very unmotivated and a procrastinator). I'm lucky to have gotten Stephanie because she pretty much did the job of both agents and got the house closed within the short window we requested!!! We were blessed to get a great loan broker and an excellent real estate agent to make this process go smooth. Will definitely be recommending Stephanie Hull-Goldberg to everyone!

Seller reviewThis sale was very complicated. Stephanie Hull-Goldberg had WAY MORE patience with the issues than I did. I was very frustrated with the buyers requests and jumping thru all their hoops. The entire time, Stephanie was very professional and calm. I was a wreck! I told her time and time again how this wasn't a job I could ever do!! After escrow closed, I made her a quilt and my husband gave her a bonus. She was outstanding!
