Stephanie worked extra hard for us in all aspects of the purchase. She was available any time we had a question and was prompt and precise with all answers. This was our first home purchase so we didn't really know what to expect or what to look out for. Stephanie took us around town, keeping our needs and future plans in mind (kids, etc) and made sure all of the neighborhoods she showed us were safe. We were both very pleased with our experiences with Stephanie and will be using her again on our next home purchase once our family grows.

Stephanie was awesome at helping us fund exactly what we wanted. She provided lists for us to browse through to tell her what we liked and didn't like about each property. Then she used that information to find us the perfect home! She was also very friendly and welcoming to our little one and dogs!!

I had a great selling experience having Stephanie Mcdaniel as my realtor. This was a very emotional situation for me. I moved here with my husband & 2 sons from California in 1996 and we bought this house and 1 year later we had a beatuiful baby girl. Unfornately my husband passed away in 2002. So after moving to Arkansas with no family I was alone to raise my 3 children I love my house and neighbors feeling very safe being single with my children. So as you can see this was a very hard and emotional time for me selling my house and security. Stephanie was very understanding with everything and professional. She keep me undated at all times. I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying.
