She had good communication during the closing process so we always knew what was happening with the sale. Her knowledge of the property and the area helped insure a quick sale. Stephanie had previously worked with another family member so we knew she would be an excellent agent for our land as well. The sale of this property required a lot of work with AEP and it's communist process for dock permits. I cannot put into words how impressive And knowledgeable Stephanie is. She is definitely not shy to make the phone calls and push when we needed it. She cares a lot about her clients and it was easy to develop a friendship with her. She is not afraid to ask tough questions , or put pressure on a buyer
