My parents are elderly and my Dad is in a wheelchair so there were very special considerations regarding layout and handicap accessibility. My Dad is also very hard of hearing. Stephanie patiently worked with both of my parents, always including my father, in researching and viewing many, many homes and offering suggestions on possible modifications to allow handicap accessibility when a space required it. In the end, my parents decided to go with new construction and Stephanie was just fabulous throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Stephanie to anyone in the market to buy or sell!!!
