Seller reviewStephanie Simmonds is an extremely competent real estate agent. Her knowledge of real estate, in all its facets, is astounding. She does NOT make mistakes in the paperwork, but does catch others' mistakes before it's too late (and gracefully makes sure the mistakes are corrected). She knows who to call upon for pest work, title work, repair work, inspections -- anyone who will make the escrow happen. She knows the market, and she is honest about what property is worth, even though it contradicts what we hope our property is worth. She'll just flat out tell the truth, and back it up with the most current market facts. (And she'll do it with tact and compassion, bless her heart.) She has been through an enormous number of escrows, and her experience gives her the ability to save escrows that would not normally go through. Her facility with real estate is amazing. I will continue to use her for all my real estate sales and purchases, because she is simply the best.
