Buyer reviewBuying a house is supposed to be stressful but Stephen made the process fun and we got the exact results we wanted! Selected my broker due to his relationship building, market knowledge, and trust. He sat down with the wife and I and came up with a game plan that allowed us to sell our house and buy a house all in the same day! If you are looking for someone to work with on buying a house, I strongly suggest Stephen. He gets an A+++ rating from the entire Bryant family. The smiles on our faces as we settle into our dream home says it all!

We had offers within a few days of listing. Stephen has a great personality and is an outstanding communicator. He is so easy to work with. He's very professional, trustworthy and cares about his clients. We also tasked Stephen with finding us a new home as we were both selling and buying at the same time. Through his guidance, the timing worked perfectly and we actually accepted offers to buy and sell on the same day!! This is very hard to accomplish in this market.
