After a 28-year career teaching and coaching in Tiverton, Stephen became a full time Realtor in 2005 . Over the last decade, he has been recognized as a multi-million-dollar producer and have been awarded for his top-level client services.
Stephen's widespread industry experience includes primarily sales with both sellers and an array of buyers. However, what sets Stephen apart from the average Realtor is his experience as a real estate investor which bodes with rentals. He is well versed in property management, having managed his own portfolio of investment properties for the past several decades.
Stephen has always been an active member of his community having served as a member of the Portsmouth Economic Development Committee from 2007 until 2012. He is a founding and current member of the Tiverton High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee. Specific to real estate, Stephen sat on the Executive Board of Directors for the Newport County Board of Realtors and their Budget Committee from 2013 until 2016. He also is the former Chairman of the Board's Rental Committee.
A lifelong resident of Newport County originally from Tiverton Currently he makes his home in Portsmouth with his wife, Joanne, where they proudly raised two beautiful now adult daughters.

Steve had very valuable recommendations for work we needed to do before the house went on the market. He helped us balance cost of projects versus value it would bring to the sale. He then helped to get the work done and supersived it to completion. This included regular video updates for us to see the progress which helped us stay informed and help make the best decisions. Steve talked through the sales strategy and helped us adjust as needed to get multiple offers on our house. The way the buyers quickly responded to the pricing strategy was evidence of Steve's knowledge of the market, his sales strategies, and his hard work on our behalf. My wife and I felt listened to and consulted in each step of the process. Steve was always able to respond quickly and knowledgeably and with a laugh and a kind word. He made this process very easy and we continue to have an ongoing working relationship with him that was only strengthened by our experience with this sale. Our overall experience with Steve was excellent and we look forward to working with him again.
