Despite all of this, Stephen was an absolute rock star and kept everything moving as smoothly as possible. He remained professional throughout the entire transaction, and his attitude and work ethic helped to calm my wife and I's stress levels significantly. I could not speak more highly of Stephen - he was professional, made himself accessible at all hours, answered any questions we had regarding the process, was extremely knowledgeable, and quickly and firmly gained our trust and respect. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who is looking into buying or selling property!

Seller reviewI had worked with Steve in the past and because of how happy I was with his performance, had no interest in looking for another agent. Steve did an excellent job with my property. He level set my expectations of what the sales price would be (between 750 and 800 K) and was able to get well above ask agreements within a week of the first open house to the point where he was worried that appraisers wouldn't be able to get comps for the property. He went above and beyond with helping me through every step of the process and I'm very happy with the work that he did.
