Steve worked from start to finish to make the sale of my house and purchase of this house as quick and painless as possible. His knowledge and attention to detail in matters from inspection, to taxes, to reply to inspection and all the way through closing were critical. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve again and look forward to using him to sell my girlfriend's house as she moves into this new house.

When we met Steve, we had already been working with another agent. The other agent did not seem to care about what areas we wanted to look in and what types of homes we would like to see. From the first couple of minutes when we met Steve, he was all about learning what we really wanted in a home and what areas were aceptable. Steve only needed to show us two homes before we made an offer for the home we now own. His knowledge and integrity made us feel secure in the dealings.

My fiance and I had an excellent experience working with Steve Foltz to find our first home. Being first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. Steve answered every one of them in great detail and provided advice on common things that a new home buyer might not know. This was extremely helpful and appreciated. Steve acted quickly on every part of the process, from setting up walkthroughs of homes to preparing the documents when we were ready to make an offer. We never had to wait on Steve. His attention to detail, punctuality, knowledge of the area, and pleasant, friendly personality make Steve a fantastic choice when looking for a realtor. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Steve Foltz is great agent, i highly recommend him, he works very hard and is there anytime you need him. He is extremely knowledgeable on all properties, and extremely helpful.And if he doesnt know the answer his find it out that same day. I would recommend and have recommended him. Hes an awesome guy! I strongly suggest everyone to call him up and have him sell or help you buy your next property!
