Came prepared even though it was a cold call for him. Back ground work and preparation sold me to go with him as selling agent. We signed agreement after first consultation. Day of listing received 4 viewings and 3 offers. Accepted best which was above asking and next day had contract. Closed at buyers closing date month later. Steve and his assistant Chloe made selling process smooth and relatively stress free!!

I am from Virginia and knew nothing about real estate agents in Columbia. I did an online search and narrowed my search down to 3 possibilities.
