Steve really was understanding in helping me, a first time seller. It was a very good experience. Steve is excellent at what he does, and you can't go wrong!

Steve was prompt and great at communicating updates regarding the sale of our river properties. I was unsure about the listing prices as I thought they were a little high but he received offers above listing in a very short time frame. He made sure we received the best offer and was quick to get them under contract and closed asap. He answered any questions I had right away and wis very genuine.
