Buyer reviewI met Steve when we went to view a property in Sheboygan Falls, WI that we had seen in an MLS Listing online. He was very personable and up-front about everything we wanted to know relating to this particular property. He took the time to answer all of our questions, and was extremely courteous and personable, when trying to find out what we were looking for, that would satisfy our needs within our designated price range. When we encountered some resistance from the seller, Steve was right there to offer his input and suggest potential solutions, that would make completion of the purchase happen on our terms on a timely basis. He even assisted with financing, by providing us with a contact at a local bank, with whom we did business. It was a slam dunk and a "no brainer," based on the relationship Steve had with the lender. I would highly recommend Steve Opgenorth, and his wife Judy, to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate within his theatre of operation.
