Buyer reviewAs mentioned above EXCELLENT !! Great sense of humor! I never laughed so much while involved in a stressful situation like buying a house. Made it FUN. Referred to Steve thru USAA The best lead I have ever been given. He is awesome!! Steve Kerper went above and beyond of what any real estate person would do. Stayed up until after midnight with us to write a bid. Drove over 1 1/2 hours one way to talk with the man that did the foundation work on the house we were interested in. The man was out of business and he still found him. Steve must be part Dick Tracy he can find anybody. Steve is so informed on every aspect of the whole real estate process. We were looking for a house for our daughter and he made us feel so at ease showing that fatherly concern for our daughter Amanda. I feel he gave us excellent advise. Steve was in New York at an important conference with his wife and still stepped out of the conference to take a call from our daughter. What a guy-We really appreciated that. Steve Kerper!
