Buyer reviewSteve was always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist. We are first time home buyers, so finding Steve and Tammy was a blessing. They had our best interest in mind at all times, made sure we got a fair deal and made sure the home was the best fit for us. I never felt like they were bothered by our questions, which meant a lot because this was a new experience for us (and I always have a lot of questions, haha). Steve went above and beyond at all times, despite having other clients and being busy. I never felt like we were a burden or like we couldn't contact him. He was always prompt with responses as well. In addition, his experience in the home building industry was invaluable. He was able to point out features of the home that otherwise we would not have noticed, and caught things that needed to be fixed. I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Buyer reviewSteve is amazing. He was/is the realtor for my parents so naturally they recommended him to my husband and I. This was our first home purchase, and being young (under 25), we were clueless. Steve was very respectful and understanding of our wishes and was always available whenever I called or texted him. He helped us find our perfect first home and helped keep us calm when we found out how frustrating the home finding/buying process can be. I will definitely recommend Steve to anyone I know who is purchasing a home.
