Steve was highly recommended and I was not disappointed.. I knew upon our first visit he needed to be the agent to assist us. My dad had recently passed and mom was now selling the home and Steve spent hours explaining the process, providing data on area comps. etc He was very knowledgable to the area. But most important made mom feel that her questions and concerns were vital. His compassionate manner made us feel we were in good hands. The property had a buyer within 3 weeks on market, but due to legal probate issues the closing was delayed. During the process, Steve kept the potential buyer and myself informed of each step. Wish there was another category for this evaluation (that would be higher than excellent) Our property become more complicated due to unforeseen passing of my mom 2 months after dad passed. Steve's compassionate and professional manner made a more difficult situation more bearable. He was always checking in with myself and sisters. How we were doing etc. Living out of State, he checked on the house periodically and assisted us in obtaining professionals with services to clean out home and get ready for sale.. And was always available with my numerous questions and concerns I was very confident in selecting Steve Ultrino to sell my parents home. He went above and beyond his responsibilities. I will be forever grateful for everything Steve did to make a more complicated situation easier... Thank you Steve...
