Seller reviewStuart is especially knowledgeable about sales of apartments in our building because he lives here. He has brokered the sale of many other apartments in our condo. He worked very closely with us and worked very hard for us.

Seller reviewStuart Goodwin priced our condo perfectly. He was super knowledgable about comps. He helped us to know what things to fix and remove and leave in the condo. He was always available to answer questions. He made the move for us easy because we live in another state and could not be there for any of the sale and Stuart took charge of getting all the stuff that we didn't want removed from the the condo and getting it cleaned as well so we didn't have to stress about any of that stuff from long distance. He made it as easy as possible for us to negotiate a good price and sell it as quickly as possible. I highly recommend him!
