Prior to engaging a broker we developed a list of required objectives and needs i.e experience, knowledge of our area, valuation experience, credibility and communication skills to mention a few. After interviewing several potential brokers Sue met or exceeded all the requirements on our list. She also presented several thoughts and suggestions that left us impressed and that we had not considered. Sue expertly communicated every aspect of the process from engagement to closing. She was accommodating to our needs and schedule.It was clearly evident she had to deal with an inexperienced broker representing the buyers which presented challenges to the process. She handled all this very calmly and professionally. If there was a catagory above excellent I would give Sue that rating. Sue handled "EVERYTHING".
