Seller reviewSue was EXTREMELY knowledgeable when we first spoke with her regarding the development's issues, the water rates of the town, as well as, the local listings. Her marketing plan was 'right on' and we never strayed from her plan. She took care of EVERYTHING. She took away any unnecessary stress and followed up with everyone who was involved in getting the deal done. I honestly wished I had Sue working on both sides of our move. We moved out of state and had to work with a different realtor and when you compared Sue to our out of state realtor it was 'glaring' how much work Sue was doing for us to make sure that the sale went through without a hitch. In addition her 'team' is wonderful. The best photographer EVER! I would recommended her highly!
