We had a realtor before where it was obvious they weren't too professional. We made a switch and got randomly assigned Sue, she was amazing and the best realtor and professional we've ever dealt with even outside of buying a home. She was on top of anything and everything and made a typically difficult process easy and smooth due to her knowledge and work ethic. Sue was there every step of the way, for any question or concern, which as a first time home owner my wife and I had a lot. She was responsive, patient, and the best anyone who could for and more. As soon as a document or inspection was needed, she was immediately on it allowing us to close two weeks early by working so hard. She is the gold standard for what real estate agents should be and aspire to. Not only was she a great agent, but a gem of a human, and if anyone is lucky enough to land her as their agent they can rest assured they have the best in the business.

Sue Eggers was an amazing agent. She helped us along the way with every step of the buying process. She knew a lot about the local issues with buying a lot. Sue was always patient and did so much extra work behind the scenes. She even hiked through a heavily wooded / very steep lot with me for over an hour. What a trooper. I am so grateful for her dedication and positivity through our buying experience. I highly recommend Sue and will refer her to any friend or family member who is looking for a realtor in the high country. Sue was such a wonderful realtor. She always was up front with us and stuck by our side when we were unsure of which lot to choose. She went out of her way to help us and explain real estate terms in a way that we could comprehend. Never gave up and again was so patient.

Selling and buying a house can be very stressful. Sue Eggers of Century 21 Mountain Vistas made the process positive and smooth. She was professional, available, and encouraging at all times. We appreciated her input when looking at houses concerning issues that she noticed. Sue also did an excellent job in negotiating the purchase price before and after home inspection. Her knowledge of High Country was also a blessing given we were moving from three hours away. During the search and purchase process, Sue was great on communication. She always got back to us in a timely manner whether through text, phone call or email. Given our needs and the challenges of finding a home long distance, Sue was extremely patient. She always seemed happy to help, no matter the circumstance. She was sensitive to our needs, understanding the highs and lows looking at houses can bring to clients. We couldn't be more pleased with the expertise she provided for us. Buying during this market proved challenging at times, but working with Sue made it seem seamless. We love our new house and feel incredibly grateful.
