Sue Jacobson is someone who I can trust, which was the biggest deciding factor. She cared about me as if she was selling her own house, These two reasons are on top of the knowledge and skill she clearly has. Sue explained everything to me from start to finish and put me at ease. I moved out of state and closing happened after I was gone, but I knew Sue took care of things, so I could leave and have no worries that my house was in Sue's hands. I never felt like it was only a job for Sue because she she cared about her work and for me. I had a very positive experience with selling my house with Sue Jacobson and I recommend Sue Jacobson to anyone wanting to sell their house.
