Sue Jones is an amazing agent. She worked hard at finding homes that met our criteria, always available for questions, and very knowledgeable about the information on each home. Let me say even after the purchase of our new home she has been there for us, sending emails, calling, making sure we have what we need for a smooth and amazing transition. Years of professional real estate sales experience made this sale. I couldn't have done this without Sue Jones expertise. She knows the business and has great customer service. The fact she is also an appraiser is a definite plus. I was pleased when she suggested to the buyers "best or highest offer" which they actually offered $5,000 over my asking price. How GREAT was that. Sue Jones is my sales executive of the year and someone I will recommend to my family and friends seeking to buy or sell real estate. Being my property for sale was vacant land she had no second thoughts about hiking around the land to investigate. Sue's a gal who doesn't mind putting her boots on. It was very important to have her sitting with us at the closing because she explained some wording that was unfamiliar to me. She made the entire process so smooth and ease of paperwork and contracts thru email was a breeze. Sue has very good deportment. She dresses professionally with her name tag and company shirt. She always answers the phone immediately and is quick to answer my questions. She is friendly and easy to talk to.

Sue was outstanding to work with. We initially worked with her when we purchased the property in Feb 2021 off of Zillo. We traveled down to Cape Coral several times to look at builders and she has an outstanding knowledge of the area, local builders, and rules and regulations within the area. We just found out that we will be first time grandparents and needed to be in the NE Florida vice SW Florida and we would sell our lot. It was a no brainer to work with Sue again. She did an outstanding job getting our lot sold at a very good price. Thank you so much Sue
