She's has always kept in touch even after the transaction was over, that when it came time to sell my home, I immediately called her and asked her to be my agent again. Sue has always shown herself to be a very professional person when it came to communicating what was going on with the sales transaction. She has also kept me updated in a timely manner when something was coming close to its deadline. I give Sue Lu a real good shout out for her exceptional work. Even though the transaction got a little bumpy, she was there with a good attitude to reassure me that she was on top of the situation. I got regular updates, and she definitely went over and beyond to make sure that this deal finished. Kudos to her and the whole team that backed her up. I will definitely refer my friends and family to choose Sue Lu as their Agent should they have future needs to sell/buy a home.
