After I contacted her she was promptly visited the property and gave me an estimated selling price which proved to be spot on. We scheduled a meeting and an agreement was signed. In the meantime she had several prospects looking at the property. Sue was a real pleasure to work with and did an excellent job. Since I live in Cincinnati, OH and my property is located in Jonesboro, Arkansas it was great to have someone like Sue Wise to work with. I would recommend her to anyone!
