Seller reviewI couldn't be happier with my experience with Summer Nida. She went above and beyond to help me sell my house. I had to quickly move out of state for a new job opportunity and I was left trying to sell my home in West Virginia. I was terrified that my home would sit on the market for several months because I am a complete novice at real estate. After working with Summer, she was able to sell my house in a month! She is extremely friendly and approachable - I never felt embarrassed to ask a question that I didn't understand. Her communication is excellent and she would always promptly respond to phone calls, texts, and emails. If you're thinking about selling or buying a home, I highly recommend Summer Nida.

Summer went above and beyond during our home buying process. On a day when I requested to see a property on very short notice, she was unable to take us due to a family emergency. I told her not to worry about it that day, but she was able to arrange her broker, Patrick Lucas, to show the house to us. It was the house we ended up purchasing! We are grateful to both Summer and Patrick for making it possible that day. Summer was always available to answer any questions I had during our home buying process, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor!
