She was very knowledgeable about the whole process, and was very helpful at every step. Ms. Lal made sure that I had what I needed even when she went through a major surgery. She was responding to emails on the day of her surgery and the next day. Very motivated to make sure that I was covered. Ms. Lal helped me get my rental, and then the property that I purchased.

As clients, we were blessed and/or lucky to have been referred to her by a relocation company because we were moving to northern VA from the West Coast. My wife and I searched more than 200 homes using Sunita's website portal for clients, and Sunita coordinated our visits to 18-20 homes that we selected as favorites. On our first visit, we bid on a home and Sunita helped us bid what the home was really worth based on the values of other homes in the neighborhoods, and without this expertise, we could have paid many tens of thousands too much for that home - we didn't get that home. On our second trip to VA, we found a "beach" home (without a beach, LOL) and eventually purchased that home that is everything we ever wanted in a home (we didn't want a pool this time, smile)! Sunita's organization, communication, patience, expertise in neighborhoods, expertise in home quality and value , and her advocacy for us as home buyers is world-class. And, Sunita provides premium client service from the beginning of the home search process to the home closing (and afterwards I think). Sunita Lal is the best!
