Susan Collins was recommended to us by an agent in a different area. Susan worked with us in finding our first home. What a true professional! She went beyond her role as an agent and truly educated us on the home buying process, the dos and don'ts and other valuable advice. Her great sense of humor and relaxed manor came in handy in calming and reassuring my wife, who was particularly nervous about this huge step. She was always available to answer our questions and help us by making various recommendations. We will make sure to recommend her to any and everyone buying or selling a home.

Honestly, one major factor you will not be asked in a survey that lead to us choosing Susan Collins was how genuine she was the first day we met her. We randomly bumped into her on Sunday evening around 4pm at a property we had decided to drive by because we had seen it on the internet. She happen to be there snapping photos for a family out of state. So we parked the car and walked up to ask her a few questions. Without hesitation, she offered to drive us around on her day off to show us other properties we that we may be interested in. She was extremely nice, patient and more than helpful. I think we went to like 4 different developments all over town that evening and she answered at least a hundred questions we had. (Haha) She was great, as well as knowledgeable, and that really won us over! She wasn't pushy and wasn't rushing us. She was genuine! Being first time home buyers were a little nervous and wary about the process and the last thing we wanted to deal with was an annoying pushy salesman kind of agent. She was the exact opposite! Anytime I had a question or concern, no matter the time of day, day of the week I could contact her and she would respond and take care of it promptly. She made our issues and concerns her priority. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, contractors, and even the local business and vendors when it came to getting estimates for our incentive money. It was like working with family! I have always heard buying a home is a decision, and long stressful process. I can honestly Susan made the experience great! Yes we had little hiccups along the way, but Susan was quick to take care of any issues or concerns. Thanks to her the experience was actually kind of fun. She was wonderful and a delight to work with. She is an outstanding agent and will do everything she can to help you find your dream home! I will definitely tell anyone I know to talk to her if they are interested in purchasing a home. Thank you so much Susan Collins!

Susan Collins is great! Especially if you are not within or know the area. Her experience and knowledge of the Onslow County was superb. We were able to FaceTime with her on multiple locations to find that perfect house. Highly recommend.
